Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were conveniently located with direct access to our parked car just outside, and they were cozy and inviting. The service had a few hiccups like promised wash rags not being delivered promptly, but overall, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was ideal for our needs, close to the festival we were attending and offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of hot and cold foods, even though there were some timing issues. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for visiting Bethlehem, and the service was very attentive. However, the rooms were in desperate need of repair and had a musty smell. The dining experience could have been better with more options available.

The hotel is a perfect choice if you want to avoid traffic, with clean rooms that have everything you need, although there was a slight smell around the parking areas. The service was exceptional, although there were issues with finding my reservation and getting essentials. The location is extremely nice, close to the airport and a shopping mall.
